“A huge thank you to the Citizens Redistricting Commission for visiting us on Wednesday night April 13, in wonderful San Luis Obispo. I have never been to a political meeting before, and was literally dragged along by my husband and I am now grateful for it. I found the entire process captivating and really enjoyed learning how important your redistricting process is to our beloved city and community.”

Input Hearings

The state is divided into nine regions in order for the Commission to more easily  group and catalog data and other statistical information as well as public testimony to be used in the drawing of district maps.  Regions are roughly based on population.  The regional maps IN NO WAY reflect any proposed district boundaries.
