After the key line-drawing phase, the Commission disbanded its full-time staff for budget considerations. We are pleased to employ the part-time services of retired annuitants, who serve the CRC cost-effectively for taxpayers.
Cynthia Dines and Patrick McGuire serve as the Commission’s Deputy Directors.
Cynthia Dines retired in 2016 after 35 years of State service providing budget, accounting, and IT project cost development, analysis, and management for various Departments, Boards, Commissions and Bureaus. Ms. Dines brings her experience of working closely with the Department of Finance, Legislature, Legislative Analyst’s Office and others, representing both the needs of her clients and ensuring compliance with state laws and regulations.
Patrick McGuire retired from State service in 2015. He has also worked for OEM distributors, not for profit organizations and as well as his own private enterprise, a winery. His State service included the Technology Trade and Commerce Agency, Department of Housing and Community Development and Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development. Mr. McGuire worked in several economic development programs in program evaluation, project analysis, contract management, strategic planning, grant management and auditing.
