It is with great pride that I recommend Mr. Parvenu to serve as a commission member. We worked together for one year on the Board of KRST Unity Center. He was committed to the responsibilities required of a board member. He worked well with all the board members. He is very articulate and committed. Andre promoted the mission and goals of the center. He had great attendance and was punctual. He was always prepared and completed his assignments in a timely manner. I feel that he is highly qualified and will serve the commission well.
