Andre’s education in the discipline of Geography at the University of Wisconsin coupled with his long experience in urban planning and public service in Los Angeles, California has provided for his being qualified and ready for this position
His exemplary character and qualities have been demonstrated in his community involvement.
His extensive travels domestically and abroad throughout Mexico, Central America, Africa and China has allowed him to immerse himself in a multicultural environment.
I humbly request your consideration for Andre to serve on the commission.
