Connie Galambos Malloy has a tremendous capacity and willingness to set aside personal views/interests/biases and/or social/political causes in order to evaluate information with an open mind and make decisions that are fair to everyone affected.
I have experienced, firsthand, her balanced and fair approach in my conversations and interactions with her and have a great deal of respect for her both personally and professionally.
For example, I have consulted with her about providing services to my diverse client population in a way that is most fair and beneficial to them and she has been extremely helpful in guiding me to expand my own view and become more effective in my approach.
I am very grateful for her balance, maturity and wisdom and her willingness to share it with me!
