Mr. Fornaciari worked as a researcher and manager at Sandia National Laboratories in Livermore for 27 years prior to retiring in 2017. He has experience leading and coaching people, managing change, managing projects, and leading research and development programs. After retiring, Mr. Fornaciari spent a year as Foreperson of the 2018-2019 San Joaquin County Civil Grand Jury.
