Dr. Aguirre is cool, calm, and collected. He sits on the city council of Sta Paula and his decisions are based on his analysis of the information before him whether it be a staff report or a report from an outisde consultant. He is able to articulate decisons and postions effectively. Gabino has been a community activist since I’ve known him in the early 1970’s. He is senstive to all cultures and not hesistant to extend a helping hand when needed. He is a strong organizer.
